Our soul has taken birth for a specific purpose at this crucial junction of human history. The Swadharma Workshop of Telos (www.telos.org.in) is an exploration in discovering our distinct soul nature and its deepest purpose in life. The workshop is an aspiration to live a life that is in harmony with our inmost essence.
In this workshop we shall explore:
· Sensing the inner guide:
One can awaken to the inner guide as a flame of aspiration within us that reveals itself through impulses calling for perfection, beauty & harmony, strength and wisdom. In our body, life, actions, emotions and mind we will learn to become conscious of the demands of these impulses. By learning to surrender and follow these impulses, we can nurture the flame of aspiration within us and align with the inner guide.
· Discovering our true soul nature:
There are four types in our soul nature. Knowing our soul type is an essential condition to discover our soul force. We will explore how to know the movements of our soul nature and anchor more in our soul type, so that our actions increasingly radiate our soul strength.
· Discovering your truest aspirations:
A deeper contact with our soul nature reveals our true aspirations. In every moment, conscious or unconscious, there is a yearning deep within our hearts that calls attention to our life’s work – to manifest the truest purpose for which we have taken this birth. We will learn to listen to the whispers of the depths of our heart and offer ourselves fully to our life’s calling.

Manoj is an explorer of integral yoga of Sri Aurobindo since 1989 and member of Auroville (www.auroville.org) since 1995 - an international city in the making near Pondicherry. Auroville has around 2200 people from 43 nationalities engaged in developing a new form of society based on the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
Arul Dev
Arul Dev has been interested in the study of transformation, since 1994. An engineer from BITS Pilani, he is the Director of People First Consultants (www.peoplefirst.co.in), a human resources consultancy, aspiring to develop the deeper aspirations of people.
